THL Design Group was established in 2015 by three Chartered Professional Engineers who have more than 40+ years of combined NZ experience in the building and civil engineering  fields. We provide professional services that lead through both Structural & Civil Engineering design and construction supervision serving the wider Auckland area.

 

THL Design Group has been actively involved with structures from single timber framed standalone houses to multi storey mixed timber-concrete & steel and high-end concrete-steel residential buildings, from duplex to multi levels terrace houses, and retail buildings to many complex commercial buildings across New Zealand. Also our Civil team in THL is well experienced in all aspects of Civil works including Land Subdivision and Developments, Stormwater, Wastewater & Watermain design, Flooding Management, Roading, Accessways, Carpark Sediment and Erosion control & Earthwork Design for many of our clients.

 

With a total team of over 30 staff and 4 In-house NZ Chartered Professional Engineers, we offer innovative and cost effective structural and civil design solutions for our clients. THL Design Group  has strong engineering building & civil knowledge to be able  to provide all the necessary analyses, engineering design  and drawing documentation  for effective and feasible engineering solutions. We are also committed to work collaboratively with NZ Architects, Planners, Engineers, Professional consultants, Building Consent Authorities and Contractors to ensure  safe and  effective  cost / time to Engineering solutions. THL Design staff are  members of Engineering New Zealand and are committed to follow the New Zealand Code of Ethical Conduct and fully knowledgeable on all the current engineering codes of practice.
